HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR THE NOV. 11TH-14TH ELITE EXTRAVAGANZA

The Main Barrel Race will be run over three (3) days, in four (4) sections. You may pick the section in which you want to run. The first to enter will receive their choice of which sections to run in.

Sunday, October 31, 2010                                Deadline for fax entries to be included in the draw
November 1, 2010                                            All fax entries received after October 31 will be put into the late entry draw. Entries may be faxed until 2 hours before the section you are entering begins. We will contact you if the requested section is full. All draws will be posted one hour before the section is scheduled to begin. Please do not call to ask for your draw number.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Warm-Up Race: To enter the Warm-Up Race you must enter at least one horse in the Main Barrel Race. You can enter a maximum of five (5) horses in the Warm-Up Race. The Warm-Up Race will be limited to 400 entries. If you wish to enter the Warm-Up Race, please check the appropriate box on the Entry Form.
